Beginner, please help! 😳

Hi! I’m a beginner in skincare. How to build a good routine for myself? I have dehydrated/dry and sensitive skin, with rosacea (probably). I’m currently using foreo to clear my skin with a cleanser gel, which i’m using up and probably changing to Cerave. I have a niacinamide serum from Revolution and a hyaluronic aloe cream from Garnier, for spf I use Uriage 50+ and that’s about it. My skin is not that bad, but i have redness on my skin all the time and acne here and there (usually around my period). Also I’m kinda broke, so I can’t really test a lot of product. Please help, thank you!

I think you have damage moisture barrier. 1st follow a simple Routene to repair your moisture barrier. AM Wash with Normal tap water Moisturizer (LRP CICA Baume B5) Sunscreen PM Cleanser (cerave hydrating cleanser) Moisturizer (LRP CICA BAUME B5) I m listing few things which are hydrating and will help you in repairing moisture barrier. Use this cleanser (cerave hydrating cleanser) and CICA Baume (as moisturizer) for first two weeks, then slowly Introduce new products. Always slowly introduce new products. As slow abs steady wins the race, do not jump on buying everything and putting everything on face. After two week get neutrogena gel cream (fragrance free) and use it as a hylouronic acid step. Am Wash face with water Put a pea size neutrogena gel cream on wet face. Then LRP CICA baume Sunscreen. ( wait for 8-10 mints between CICA and Sunscreen to avoid peeling) Pm Cleanser Neutrogena gel cream LRP CICA Baume DO this for 3 weeks then add the ordinary 10 % azelaic acid in PM rotuene only on alternative days Pm Cleanser Neutrogena Azelaic acid LRP CICA Baume. I hope this will help you alot. Once your skin moistuire barrier is repaired then you can add exfoliaters etc. But before that don't add actives. Good luck ❤️👍

It sounds and looks like a damaged skin barrier First, use an oil cleanser with nourishing oils in it. Remove your sunscreen and makeup with it. Second, use a mild Cleanser with a low pH to remove leftover form oil cleansing Third (you might wait a month for introducing this one) use a hydrating toner. You're suffering so I suggest something mild, soothing and calming with a minimal ingredients list like the Benton Fourth, find a rich occlusive moisturizer with ceramides, a fatty acids and cholesterol. The First Aid Beauty is great for maintaining and strengthening your skin barrier and has also soothing and calming ingredients like allantoin, licorice root and oat meal. Fifth, find a sunscreen for atopic skin. Either the Pyunkang Yul or one from the farmacy
