so sorry to hear that! it will pass my dear don't worry too much! that's part of having a sensitive skin and I can totally relate to what happened to you.
it doesn't necessarily have to be because of the product. sometimes the skin just revolts and turns bit##y for noapparent reason, and products that you have been using for komths will just irritate your skin out of nowhere.
what I would suggest though is to cut back on all the products you are using and give it a rest. give it time to recover. and if you have these two at home, they would help you get over it quickly (I never stay without them).
get well soon ❤❤❤

okay, i kinda don't know if should i skip suncreen or not skip it cause i'm actually terrified of using any product rn, cause i'm scared of feeling sting, burn and itchy. is there any suncreen for sensitive skin that's really good for sensitive skin?

tea tree oil can sensitize the skin! so it might be the cleanser and not the essence

yeah, the cleanser does strip me out, i felt tight around my cheeks and forehead when i used it. i hve acnes on my forehead cause i broke out from cerave cream, so i tried the cleanser cause i thought it was good, nah it's not for me. so i gave it away to my friend instead, and she likes it.

Sorry to hear that hun! I've not experienced burning sensations with this snail mucin but I have with some other products because my skin is dry and sensitive too.
For any new products that I try, I always thin it out first by applying a small amount after misting or wetting my skin with water. And then once my skin is used to it, I will lessen the amount of water.
I've tried the low pH gel cleanser before and it was too drying for my skin since it's dry. I still use a cleanser to help with acne but I only use it at night and only twice a week.
Please stick to a gentle cleanser and a simple moisturiser. Hope you'll heal soon.

I used the Cosrx snail cream and had a similar reaction . I was left with dry itchy patches on my face. I then tried Beauty of Joseon snail serum and my skin is perfectly fine with it 🤷♀️ but like others said it could be the cleanser. I have a feeling I've read that cleanser can be quite stripping. Maybe try a more gentle cleanser once your skin is happy again..And then incorporate the snail essence and see what happens. I hope you feel better soon 💕
