How about oil/balm based cleansers? I personally use the Yadah Green Tea Cleansing Balm whenever I put on sunscreen or makeup!

Dry/Sensitive

you can use micellar water or cleasing oils/balms. if your sunscreen is very stubborn, i would suggest cleansing oils/balms to take the sunscreen off completely. here are some of my suggestions for your skin type. remember to follow up with a water-based cleanser after.

Oily/Sensitive

I use an oil cleanser to melt off my sunscreen then go in with my regular face wash. I recently started using the rice one from the face shop and it was a little over $10 on Amazon.
