Epiduo Forte, retinol?

Hello, I have been using Epiduo Forte for more than 1 year as prescrubed by my Derma. My derma told me that I am not required to use any moisturizer at night. However, I was wondering if it's okay for me to use either of the following at night even when I'm using epiduo forte? Thank you in advance!

You should avoid using any retinol because Epiduo Forte as far as the internet tells me contains adapalene which is a retinoid. As for moisturizer, I feel like you should be using it as I feel like your skin would be getting a bit too dry since Epiduo Forte is a mix of benzoyl peroxide and adapalene.

I’d definitely try a different moisturizer so you don’t damage your skin. Ask your derma to make sure.

adapelene is a retinoid so please don’t combine it with retinol!! I would use a basic soothing moisturiser with nothing fancy in it (retinols or actives). benzoyl peroxide can really dry out the skin so I am shocked a derm didn’t recommend moisturiser
