Lactic acid around eyes

I've been using lactic acid for a couple of months now and it's amazing, but I've been wondering if I could use it around the eyes to help with fine lines and stuff.

if you want to target fine lines, maybe it’s better to try a gentle retinol. This one from Avène is specifically suitable to the eye area

I personally would not use it as I think it would be too strong around my eyes. The eye area is the most sensitive, delicate area of the face.

From my point of view, you should avoid of using all acids around eye area. It is the most sensetive and allergic area. So better buy a good hydrating cream with ceramids for fine lines, for example

Maybe use a nice eye cream with peptides or something? OR maybe an eye cream that has some AHA formulated in it, that way you can be more confident that it won't damage your eye area....

not recommended as the skin is very thin around eyes.

I agree. I’ve given myself a chemical burn around the eyes using a sunscreen. I can’t remember which one it was but I didn’t continue to use on face just legs. Now I use a better quality sunscreen and sometimes a zinc.
