The Ordinary product developing a weird smell

Hello Picky ! I am currently using The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 and yesterday I noticed upon getting the product in my hand that it had developed a strange smell when it’s usually pretty much odourless. And by strange I mean slightly off-putting. It happened to me two years ago with their Mandelic acid but as I was traveling and not at home I put it on environment differences triggering my mandelic acid and I stopped using it completely. But this time, my Hyaluronic acid hasn’t left my bedroom which is pretty much always dark and cool and I only opened the bottle 2 months ago. Do you think it has gone bad already ? Has it ever happened to you ? Should I stop using this bottle of Hyaluronic Acid ? Is there another brand you would recommend for Hyaluronic Acid 👀??

I would check the expiration date of the lot you got. It might be expired.

If there's a change in smell/colour/texture, I suggest not to use it anymore.

i think that smells is come from the ingredients, a lot skincare who does not using fragrance on their product is smell like chemical and sometimes is not good smells, i think same like @BlueNWhite coment if there's not change for first you open the bottle, it's okay to use it
