Dry/Resilient
1. maybe the texture of the sunscreen is too heavy for your skin, so opt for gel/lighter texture. Or, you can skip moisturizer if you find your sunscreen is moisturizing enough
2. use waterproof sunscreen so it won't wash away
here are some ss that might works for your skin type.

your sunscreen might be too thick? chemical sunscreens don't tend to do well with sweat and water (unless stated waterproof) so you can try either getting a waterproof one or a physical sunscreen.
sunscreen's that are advertised as "sport" are manufactured specifically to be sweat resistant so you can also try those.

it happens each time I tried a heavy sunscreen. That's the reason I prefer using a gel format when my skin is well-hydrated
