A few of the facts in the article is not true anymore.
Mineral sunscreen only reflect up to 5% of UV rays and it does not mean away from the skin, while the other percentage will absorb like chemical sunscreen.
Since the article is for the American market, it misses many of the modern UV filters available in Europe, Asia and Australia.

honestly I can deal with Physical sunnnies because u counteract the drying effect by doing the several layer hydrations with ur toner before slapping on the moisturizer then the sunnies. if u use a good cushion/BB cream with SPF50++++ then u can get away from using sunnies all together...I use these 2 alternatively in the day routine. It has an airbrushed effect finish with a dewey look/glass skin look. Use a wedge blender for the BB cream to get a more natural look. the price is reasonable & it lasts a long time.

hello!! i have sensitive skin and lots of sunscreen leave some burning/stinging sensation on my skin too :( i tried isntree sun gel and it doesnt have any stinging sensation! another reason might be because its reacting with the moisturiser on ur skin! i realised that if i applied sunscreen 5-10minutes after moisturier (instead of immediately after), there's less stinging sensation esp for sunscreens that contain alcohol
