When the dryness really hits you you can try using really thick and occlusive moisturizers like the CeraVe one in the tub.
You also can try things like slugging to help stop TEWL (transepidermal water loss) which will help your skin retain its natural moisture.
From my experience the worst part was my lips getting incredibly dry and cracked. So make sure to use lipbalm, hell even things like Vaseline and Aquaphor will probably do a better job than a regular lipbalm.
Also remember to wear sunscreen since Accutane does make you more sensitive to the sun!

While I haven't been on Isotretinoin myself, my sister has and these are a few products that helped her a lot. The Illiyoon cream can also be used around the eyes (the area tends to get very dry & itchy usually) - it really worked for her.
