Wow....please sharing about another country.
I'm curious too with this ecommerce about the shipping, price that they disclose for custom.
Thank you to ask this question.

I am from the USA but thought I'd share my experience anyway! So usually for customs you don't have to pay a fee unless the total price of the goods is above a certain amount. I checked google and it looks like customs applies if above 135, but hopefully someone from the UK can confirm.
Stylevana is a legit site and their products so far have been good. Steer clear of the minis section because I have received expired minis and also they're selling product samples that were intended to be free (I paid for an Etude House mini thinking it was a travel size and it said free gift on it when I got it).
Shipping takes awhile, my first order took 2 weeks to get to the states. The first time was okay but the second time I waited two weeks and my tracking status still said DHL awaiting package. So I emailed customer service and it took them a couple days to reply. Was told there were courier delays but was reassured the package was shipped. They offered a 10% off coupon as an apology. No worries I was not a rush just wanted to get an update on it. Then that night I got another email saying my package due to logistics problems was sent back to their warehouse and they would upgrade shipping and reship at no cost. I got a new tracking number and the package delivered later that week. Never got the 10 off coupon and when I inquired about it they gave $6 off instead 😂😂
I will still repurchase from them. Highly recommend using PayPal just to be safe though. I never do the insured shipping but you certainly can for extra security. Hope this helps a bit! 😊

No experience with Stylevana, but as a sidenote, Wishtrend is the only website i had to pay customs with (my order was about 35$), so that was indeed fun.
