Normally, any esthie would be able to pop it for you, but if it’s too close to the eye go to a dermatologist. When my clients come in with milia around the eye I usually burn them with fibroblast.

Well, proper technique is thinking of the needle as a conductor, not something you stick on skin, you need to be VERY superficial. I wouldn’t do it to myself on that particular area, and I would use topic anesthesia regardless of how small, but other than that you’re fine.

I think I have one in the outer corner of my eye! It feels hard underneath but WILL NOT POP! Not even sure it's this😬😕😰but it's driving me crazy! I think I'm gonna have to talk to my doc about it😪😰🙏🏽🕊

milia is ofter very hard under the touch and it's a small amount of dead cells harden together!

I have...several 🥲😭 It won't go away even with regular exfoliating and retinol use for me so I try to ignore it for now 🙃

I've been using BHAs, AHAs and retinol regularly but it just doesn't work on my milia. It's great for everything else though
