Can I use these toners with retinol?

I'm starting to go for a minimalist skincare. I decidedo try exfoliating toners. Are these toners okay to use with Granactive retinol 2% serum?

Yes you can exfoliators while using retinol as long as you incorporate them slowly and separate them out from when you use the retinol (ie exfoliator in the AM an retinol in PM or alternating PMs with retinol) and make sure to watch for irritation or dryness and probably a good idea to give your skin a break from the exfoliating toner a couple times a week. Of the ones you linked the Skin1004 toner would be a great option because it contains centella which is very soothing and can be helpful while using retinol.

Use toners which contains calming and soothing ingredients like centella and mugwort would be good if you are using retinoids. But still, always patch test first if you have sensitive skin.

Avoid using multiple actives at once. So if you're using retinol, opt for hydrating + soothing toners instead of the ones with AHAs, BHAs, etc. Retinol is a tricky active and you don't wanna sensitize your skin by using it with other actives. The centella one seems good since it's soothing.

I would suggest anything with not an active ingredient. Try these ingredients like centella, green tea, mugwort, artemisia.. Calming soothing ingredients will go best with an active like granactive retinoid. Hope this helps 🙂✌️

I think the skin1004 centella one safe enough to use as it doesn't contain any 'active' ingredient. But retinol and exploiting toner should be used in separate routine
