How do I fix my skin??

I have closed comedones all over my face especially the cheek and jawline area. My face is so dehydrated and looks extremely congested, at this point I have no clue what to do or how my skin got like this. I also have hormonal acne and some random pustules popping up once in a while. I have a lot of texture irregularities and hyperpigmentation. Please help me!!

dealing with similar problems at the moment 🥲 adding a gentle bha helped quite a bit with texture (i use the COSRX BHA Power Liquid), and using a niacinamide serum is currently helping with hyperpigmentation (I use the Axis Y Dark Spot Glow Correcting Serum). hope this helps 🤍🤍

oooh regarding the moisturizer, thats a hard one! i dont use moisturizer during the day, i just use sunscreen and thats moisturizing enough for me 😌 at night i use the Illiyoon ceramide cream, its medium weight but deeply moisturizes my skin, i think that in your case maybe a gel cream would be better since its very light (illiyoon also has a ceramide gel cream thats supposed to be good!!)

Maybe try adding some Azelaic Acid into your mix. I spoke with a GP for a very similar situation to you (but I have more redness) and she prescribed me Finacea and also referred me to a Dermatologist. If you want something not as strong, maybe try the Paula’s choice one.

Is the Paula’s choice one more like a treatment or moisturiser and how would you compare it to The Ordinary’s azelaic acid suspension?

for some reason i cant reply to your replies, but regarding the Axis Y serum, best price ive seen it go for is on Yesstyle (im also an affiliate of theirs). You can use the link in my instagram bio & my code DEWYSKIN12 for 10% off 💞 (im not sponsored or anything i just really love the product & do make a small commision if you use my link & code, so if you wanna purchase through there id appriciate that!)
