Think positive to get a better skin

It may sound crazy, right? It would be crazier if I told you your mood can affect your skin. Based on my own experience, when I have an exam, I will be very stressed. The bad mood made my skin generate more oil, which can lead to acne, particularly on my forehead. Luckily, I'm a cheerful person. I always feel happy and grateful. That's why even though I do not have many skincare products, my skin is still clear and glowing. So next time, bear in mind that your mood can affect your skin.
