Clean beauty

I heard a lot about Clean beauty but not sure how to start. Any recommendations for brands or ingredients that I should avoid?

Clean beauty is more of a marketing term than anything else. It's not clearly defined either. Most of the present-day skin care products are "clean beauty" even though they don't advertise it. You can check ingredients in products with INCIdecoder, for example. It will tell you if the given product contains any harmful ingredients. It's better than trusting brands with the use of the "clean beauty" term, in my opinion. 😉

completely agree with this ^^ I also find that most clean beauty products smell horrible; and if fragrance or scent bothers you to pass on the clean beauty trend 😅

I agree with the previous comments.. You should only avoid ingredients that irritate your skin/you are allergic to/are not suitable during pregnancy if you are pregant.

For me us important to be clean. I'm 43 and I can't afford to put anything on my skin. There are ugredients that can iritate or dry your skin, but there are others mire dangerous that can affect your health, the function of your hormones, etc. If you search for a product on this app you will see what are the good and bad ingredients.
