Keratosis Pilaris on Arms?

I’ve never delt with keratosis pilaris and I haven’t had a similar skin issue before. I’ve noticed I’m starting to get it on my right arm a little more than my left arm. 🥲 Do you guys have this? Does anyone know preventative care or what I can do to help get rid of it? I read that salicylic acid and lactic acid can help…I already have some salicylic acid skincare laying around and a lactic acid lotion called Amlactin. Not sure what more I can do! 😬

Personally I suffer from the same thing and all the exfoliation can actually make it worse, the thing that helped me was daily moisturising and only occasional exfoliation. The pic is just some info from NHS

Ohhh boy. Thank you for this! I’ve definitely been neglectful lately of putting on lotion after a shower. I bet that wasn’t helpful 😬

How long have you been using the skincare mentioned & how frequently? Those 2 products would work well to get rid of KP!

Today I noticed it while applying lotion! So I just switched to using the bottle of AmLactin on my arms. As for skincare products that I’m thinking of repurposing for my arms, I have a salicylic acid toner and wash-off serum
