Physical Sunscreens use physical UV filters. typically they use titanium dioxide and zinc oxide.
While chemical sunscreens typically use chemical filters. Such as octinoxate, homosalate, avobenzone, octocrylene, etc.
they both require about 15-20 minutes before sun exposure, this is because it needs time to form a a ”film” that prote ya the skin.

in my opinion most chemical sunscreens are easy to remove. but they are not waterproof.
but physical sunscreens have a white cast ( atleast a tiny one ) and sometimes they are hard to blend.
so I have both chemical and physical sunscreens. I use physical one when I go for swimming and on extra hot sweaty days.
on normal and cold rainy days I use a chemical sunscreen.

I think for both of chem/physical, you still need time to "rest" them before go outside. However the physical sunscreen waiting period is shorter and I think both chem/physical sunscreens are easy to remove when you have the right double cleanser

both are good. but the one that leaves a white cast can filter more which are mineral sunscreen that has titanium dioxide. since it leaves a white cast, i will apply a darker shade of foundation on top of it to balance my skin tone.

I have both of them and after applying them I always wait about 20-25minutes before going outside 🙌
