The correct order would be to apply the clay mask on cleansed skin - after the cleansing oil and the face wash. Don't leave the clay mask to dry on your face, if it's starts drying - time to wash it off before it dehydrates your skin.
Did you moisturise after? I would suggest using a relatively rich moisturiser afterwards, to compensate for any moisture lost.

Oh my - a moisturiser is an absolute must! My skin is on the oily side, so not sure if my suggestions will suit you, but please do get a moisturiser - at night you should use something quite rich for your dry skin.
Large pores could be genetic or from sebum overproduction because your skin is lacking moisture.

If you have dry skin, I don't know why you want to use a clay mask. If clogged pores are an issue, more hydration (toner), maybe low percentage lactic acid would help, and more moisture (oil).

I use clay mask only twice per week max. Need to exfoliate dead skin, my face can't take any active ingredients so I use clay mask. Do u have any suggestions about this?

I think there's a correct way, and there's a way that works for you, if you change back to the way you were using it and the issue resolves, then I don't see anything wrong with doing things the way that works for you personally😉 It's not some major active, this can be easily used how you like it
