Cicaplast Baume makes my skin itchy and dry

I have been using this for weeks. Every time I apply, after a while will feel itchy on certain spots of my face and end up having to scratch. Today was the worst I've ever experienced. I'm scratching all over my face. Please tell me I'm not the only one who's experiencing this... There were discussions on Reddit years ago, not sure if anyone on picky had the same experience.

that’s unfortunate, I absolutely loved this product when I tried it. I’d recommend just stopping use cause you don’t want to irritate your skin further

It's a balm, not a moisturizer. If you're getting itchy or have a reaction stop using it. Test it maybe on your body to see if you can use it there, but switch to a moisturizer your skin tolerates well for your face.
