Skin reaction while using Niacinamide 10% from The Ordinary?

Hi! I’m new to skincare and I have been using Niacinamide in the PM from The Ordinary and I’ve been noticing that every time I used it, my skin was red around my cheeks and nose. I’ve been reading and it says it could be a reaction to the product. I’d really like to continue using Niacinamide but I don’t want to damage my skin so, my question is: do I have to stop using it or should I find a lower concentration?

Try using it less frequently, like every other day and observe how your skin reacts. If it's still irritated, then chances are your skin can't handle high concentrations of niacinamide and you may want to switch to 3-5% instead

Agree with @qilss. You can try diluting your serum into an active-free toner, or cream. But, I will recommend stop using it first, and patch test it a week later again.
