Cloudy skincare?

Hey picky users, i noticed that my bha solution is turning cloudy before the 12 months expiry date. I know I shouldn’t be using it thereafter, but I would like to know why. This product is not cheap… and I don’t want to repeat my mistake.

What do you mean by cloudiness? It's not obvious on the picture. Can you tag the product so we can see what the brand is and look at the ingredients list?

it’s from krave beauty and it’s a glycolic acid :-)

It happened to me with a eye-lip makeup remover and also a toner from a certain cosmetic/skincare brand. I asked them why it happened with the toner and they just replied with “stop using the product” and that the “ingredients have solidified” as the reason for it happening. I’m still using the makeup remover, but not the toner. Wish they explained with more details 😕

I can see it. Probably because the ingredients are seperated from the liquid

i think krave beauty has mentioned this issue before. You can dm them on ig since they're active there. Also if i am not mistaken, if you buy it from their official shop, you can get refund
