Noted that below had these feature that migh be issue for some:
Thank You Farmer had dewy finish.
Benton is mineral & has tone up effect which not liked by darker skin tone.
Cetaphil is mineral, no white cast but not as sheer as the chemical one.
Sun Bum also mineral.
Some of them are water resistant but I forgot which one.
My top pick is benton - isntree - tocobo.
