Favorite hydrating/milky toners?

Toner isn’t a crucial step to a skincare routine, but it could be beneficial for several skin types. I have combo sensitive + dehydrated skin that loves a hydrating/milky toner (especially in the colder winter months!). My favorites at the moment are Hada labo gokujyun premium lotion and Laneige cream skin. But I would like some more options… What do you guys think ab hydrating/milky toners? Do you use it? And which ones do you recommend?

Me! I'm using it now. I love that it has minimalist ingredients, no fragrance too. For my normal to dry skin, it's quite hydrating but I personally feel that it's not enough. However, it takes time to absorb and it leaves (a bit) slippery feeling. Edit: I don't know if it's different from the one you're tagging:')

i did some quick research and laneige cream skin and refiner is supposed to be the same thing if I’m not mistaken! I also love the minimal ingredient’s list and how it hydrates a decent amount.
