Points not reflected in my account

Has it ever happened to you that after you review a product with a photo and video, no points are reflected in your account?

Yes, yesterday it started acting up. I was hoping that they would have fixed it by now but none of my points are registering. I am crossing my fingers and hoping that the points will reflect in our account once they fix the app!

I think it's just a glitch the app has been acting up weird all day today. Some other people are having the same issue and point not reflecting for up votes either.
