Is this irritation, or breakouts or my skin barrier is damaged?

Hi everyone ! I hope you are doing all well. Lately my skin is going crazy or maybe I am the one who is not recognizing anymore my skin. I have a sensitive combination skin, I follow my skincare routine to the best that I can, currently I am dealing with a "condition" that I am noticing for over 4 months now. My cheeks area are coverd with little red pimples underskin. Only in that area. My forhead and chin are clean and smooth. I only have this condition around my cheeks as you can see in pictures. Not whitehead not blackhead but more of little pimples red and underskin, it doesn't hurt but sometimes I got itchy in some area of my face. I really cant figure out what is it ? Are these fungal acnee ? acnee ? Is my skin barrier damaged ? Is this irritation? Breakouts? My routine is as followed: Morning -Mad hippie Vitamine c - Bioderma sensibio rich soothing cream for sensitve intolerant skin (only if I feel that my skin is dehydrated) -beauty of joseon sunscreen Evening: -Banila co clean it zero cleansing balm -Cerave hydrating cleanser -Mary&May cica tea tree AHA PHA toner (2x per week) -Cosrx advanced snail 96 mucin essence Or Mary and May black berry complex cream essence (depends) -Mary& May Idebenone blackberry complex serum -La roche Posay Effaclar Duo + -Mary&May idebenone blackberry intense cream or la roche posay cicaplast balm (when I feel so). Even when I was using Somebymi aha bha pha 30 days range I had same condition. When I use also cicaplast I dont really notice any change... Do you have any ideas ? Thank youuuu!

I suspect a few possibilities: 1. Overhydration. It looks exactly like when I overhydrated my skin. You're using rich/intense cream or cicaplast balm daily while having oily skin. I strongly suggest to switch to something lighter, and test it out. If you've been using these intense creams together for years, then we can skip this. 2. Irritation. You might need to avoid using AHA/PHA toner when you're using effaclar duo which consist of salicylic acid. Since you're noticing the same occurrence when you're using other exfoliating toners, it is best to stop using any exfoliating toners for the time being. Cicaplast balm is helpful for damaged skin barrier. However, it might be too heavy for oily skin which may leads to overhydration. For now, I suggest stop using exfoliating toner and switch for lightweight cream. If you're concern with the possibilities of breakout, try tea tree products that's antibacterial.

Yes, though overhydration is not a common topic, but it's quite typical for us oily skin.
