How often a body scrub should be used ?

Hey pickys, hope you'll are doing well. I am a teenager and I recently brought Dove body polish exfoliating pomegranate scrub. Since it's my first time I wanna kno that how often should I use it. Like once in a week or once in two weeks ? Also recommend me body wash, body lotions and body sunscreen to apply after scrubbing. Thank you 😊
