I never tried it but I noticed oily skin types tolerate The Ordinary niacinamide 10% + zinc better than dry skin types. I have a normal/balanced skin type and my skin loved the The Inkey List niacinamide serum!

i used it for a while and it was good more for sebum control than hyperpigmentation.
would recommend azelaic acid better 😄

It didn't work on me because the it was my first ever niacinamide and I chose the 10% one, my skin got breakout 😂 I recommend to start with low concentration, and make sure u already have your HolyGrail basics to minimise and prevent purging or irritation

While niacinamide does help with hyperpigmentation, 10% niacinamide is really high which will make you prone to irritation ): I agree with the other commentors that you should start on a low concentration, maybe around 4%!
