You can find some good prices at Miniso (which are located in quite a few malls). Oonomo isn't too bad for some things. You can also find some things on sale at T&T supermarket.

Walmart also carries Korean skincare. They usually have sales online. Another place I love is Marshalls and Winners. They have new K-beauty stuff all the time at discounted prices.

I know there’s Bambeau online, but I’ve never really ordered from them. When I was in Toronto I got some stuff at Proprlifestyle….Of course they don’t have a huge range of products, but they carry a lot of the most popular Korean products

If you’re downtown, go to Reiwatakiya at the Eaton Centre. I learned about this store through a Picky member! They have K and J beauty. Their pricing is ok but some products are marked up. The product selection seems to change quite often. It’s worth checking out since they have lots of testers, including sunscreens!

Thank you. I checked out the store and it looks like they take online orders as well. They have a lot of the products that I'm looking for.
