Is it physical or chemical SS?

Hi. Can anyone light me up. I searched up about this skin1004 sunscreen ingredients and I find titanium dioxide which is Physical agent but I also find a chemical sunscreen agent. Meanwhile, I saw someone tells people that this is a chemical suncreen. Anyone can explain more about it or have other interesting informations about this product?
