Oily/Resilient
Despite its name, the Some by mi serum contains a low percentage of retinol (0.1%), so it's good for beginners.
By Wishtrrnd cream contains a stronger form of retinoid, 0.03% retinal. I'm very happy with this product and would recommend it if you've already used some retinoid product before.😉

Dry/Resilient
I’ve tried both of these products! I have dry, sensitive skin and I found that they both are gentle and didn’t cause any irritation!
Some by Mi Retinol Intense has Retinal 0.1% Retinol 1ppm and Bakuchiol 5,000ppm. It has a thick, yellow tint (typical of retinol) consistency that almost feels like a cream then a serum and is very moisturizing. I used it for several weeks and noticed my skin very soft and supple but with any retinol product, consistency is key!
Wishtrend A-masing Bakuchiol Cream combines retinol and bakuchiol. This has a rich creamy consistency with the same yellow hue to it. I really liked the airless pump packaging that this comes in. After several weeks, I did see some reduction in fine lines and wrinkles and overall skin tone improvement.
Both of these would make perfect options for first time users to retinol or sensitive skin types! Just be sure to patch test, start slowly and wear SPF everyday! Hope this helps! 😍

Dry/Sensitive
I won both from Picky and I prefer the Wishtrend one! The percentage of retinal in that one is higher than the Some By Mi. It’s also fragrance free (the Some By Mi one is not) and the packaging is better and easier to use.
