Yes, calming and hydrating products are great to use with retinol because retinoids speed up cell turnover which can dry out the skin 🙂

At first I was a little concerned since this serum contains niacinamide but it turns out both of these actives cam safely be used together! However I would suggest that you actually use the serum BEFORE you use retinol! That way you can increase your skins tolerance towards retinol and reduce irritation! 😊🩷

Dry/Resilient

This serum contains centella asiatica and panthenol which will soothe and calm irritation, ceramides to strengthen the skin barrier and prevent transepidermal water loss (TEWL) four types of peptides to help with wrinkles and skin elasticity, hylauronic acid will hydrate and plump the skin and niacinamide, glycerin and green tea extract will brighten and provide antioxidant properties. So this serum is a perfect combination with retinol! I actually use it before applying retinol to avoid any irritation! 😍😍

You definitely can use them together! Niacinamide and Retinol pair well to combat fine lines/wrinkles and centella is a wonderful product to soothe and reduce irritations <3

Yup! Centella is a good ingredient to combine with retinol since it is hydrating and calm skin irritation that may occur with using retinol. 😊
