Looks like a skin tag caused by Daily friction against the skin. Or a blackhead. It could be anything but see a dermatologist first. They can remove it and give you a proper diagnosis

It looks like a skintag or a blackhead, maybe an ingrown hair. But medical advice isn’t offered here so I recommend you consult your physician for adequate help

It could b from friction from your bra rubbing against it it also could b a black head or ingrown hair. Maybe show a Dr.idk if u can look with a magnifying glass if u see a hair in there it could b and ingrown hair sometimes exfoliants help with those. I'd try to pull it out but I don't want u to make it worse by messing with it.

It's a bit difficult to see on the pictures. It looks like it is inside the skin? Could be a black heas or ingrown hair. But if you want to be sure you could see a doctor 😊
