Sleeping mask is just another name for moisturizer. You can use it at any age.

I guess there’s no right age to start using a sleeping mask because they’re basically an occlusive moisturizer (a moisturizer that create a protective barrier on your skin, preventing moisture loss). They’re named like that (“sleeping” mask) because your skin tends to lose moisture when you sleep. If you feel like your moisturizer isn’t enough, you can consider using a sleeping mask on top 💕

Hello! I’m sure it is fine to use sleeping masks at any age. I used sleeping masks when I was around 13 because i have always been very into skincare and it is totally fine.
Like Avrelayne said, a sleeping mask is the same as a moisturiser, however many sleeping masks acts as occlusives, which means that they create a protective barrier above your skin surface, meaning that it is great to top on any hydrating products to prevent moisture loss. These are great especially if you have dry skin. If your skin tends to get oily easily, try skipping moisturiser and only using a sleeping mask as it might be moisturising enough. If you feel like your skin tends to dry out, use a moisturiser then sleeping mask just like how everyone does.
I’m not sure about the sea water and snail essence sleeping mask as it depends on the products and its ingredients.

You can use sleeping masks at any age as long as the ingredients doesn't irritate your skin especially if you are sensitive
