They do work, but I donโt think you can check the accuracy of one unless you have a better quality moisture meter to compare the results. I guess it all depends on the brand and the quality of the product. The question is, do you really need one? You still need to buy a moisturizer to check if it works like you want it to and the moisture on the skin changes not only because of the product but environmental factors as well. And some moisturizers might not provide as much moisture as others instantly, but there is a chance that they work longer or something and would be better in the long run, so itโs still beneficial to try a moisturizer for a few days on the skin. I think it is great if you want to experiment or have a social media account dedicated to skincare or are doing a project for school, but they arenโt really useful for an ordinary skincare user ๐ค๐

I've seen youtubers use it after they do the 10 layer toner thingy. I'm curious to know if it's actually accurate too!
