Always for me due to my oily skin. Sunscreen does that when it has a dewy finish so I have to dab with powder every 3 hours for a matte look

It mostly depends on the sunscreens formulation! Some promise a more dewy or radiant finish which might appear shiny or oily fast! In that matter I like to use sebum powder beforehand!
Makes the complexion look less shiny.
Also there are several sunscreens labeled with a “matte” finish or an airy, velvety finish!
Personally I often switch to matte products especially in summer.

Depends on the sunscreen. I like to use translucent powder to help with that issue .
