I've also encountered the situation of being curious about the percentage of ingredients in a product.
Mostly, I saw people asking straight to the brand to know more about the product or to someone else who has done research on the products.
It's really good to keep in mind about the percentage, but the formulation is also a matter to think of :)

Ingredients Present In 1% Or Less Concentration May Be Listed In Any Order
Anything that comes after fillers, fragrances or preservatives is likely to be at 1% or lower concentration.

By law, manufacturers are not obliged to list ingredient percentage.
However I found success in asking the brand directly about percentage when asked.

I’m particular about percentages especially for actives and prefer to buy products where percentages are listed on the packaging

If you can’t find it on the box/bottle, a quick google search will do the trick.
