Makeup steps:
Note: Preferably, you should do your skincare routine before your makeup routine so your makeup can be applied much more smoothly
1) Skincare Routine
2) Sunscreen
3) Foundation
4) Concealer
5) Setting spray
6) Powder
That's your makeup routine for your base. After that, you can do anything. E.g. mascara, brows, lips.
I'll give a list of some of my top makeup products. Bear in mind that they come in different shades not just the shade shown.

For skincare, I've recommended these 3 products as they are quite soothing. The moisturiser is a re-barrier cream which is good for those who might have acne. The toner is green tea which is soothing for the skin.

I have a killer cleanser that is around that price point, it may me a touch over... Innisfree volcanic bha pore cleansing foam (Here in Canada it's like $18 so maybe $14-15 usd)
Other acne/blemish products that are both effective, non-stripping or damaging AND that price point; I honestly don't have any others right now but I'm looking at and for similar options but not quite as restrictive as that price point. In Canada we do not have much in the way of non-mainstream k or j beauty actually available in store or with free shipping (Sephora and ulta have klairs, innisfree, laneige, belif, Dr jart, tatcha, shiseido etc- none of which other than klairs and select innisfree are a competitive price). Amazon Canada of course has some of these options (not even all the selection of products that us Amazon has, and to order in Canada from us Amazon the shipping is OBSCENE and I'm literally 20 min from my buffalo po box. As well the conversion is a complete rip off. I rarely order anything off of Amazon Canada and if I buy off us Amazon I do not ship it to my Canada address! It's horrible)
