I suggest using a clarifying shampoo or a scalp scrub to help with the oily scalp and a good hair mask for the dry lengths of your hair. Adding a serum, oil or leave-in conditioner would work even better for the dry and frizzy parts.
You can try Moist Diane's shampoo and treatment in the light blue bottle as it's specifically formulated for oily scalp and dry ends. For hair mask, the Tsubaki and Fino are really good and among the best in the market. As for hair serums and oils, I like the one from Lucido-L so far, but there are so many Japanese brands that make good ones.

Idk many Japanese haircare brands, so I can’t really recommend anything, but if you don’t mind my recoms, it’s both from Korea and US. I have similar situation with you and this shampoo is by far that worked for me, they helped reduce my hair fall too.
I don’t use product hair tonic since I make my own rosemary spray, this probably helped me the most for hair fall. I would also like to mention this video I found on YouTube that shows a rather natural approach to hair care, I got my rosemary spray recipe from her, it’s a joy to watch.

@vanicream I’m glad you enjoy the video, I’ve watched few others but this one captured me the most. It took me a few weeks before I kicked myself to get out of laziness to make the rosemary spray 😅but I started to see results after 6 weeks. It actually worked on me.

I prefer solid shampoo, for oily scalp. I love the sampoo in the picky box. But not from japan, corean i think.
