Dry/Resilient
You might want to take a skincare break for awhile until your skin calms down. Then use your products one at a time to figure out which one is the culprit.

Oily/Resilient
You're using too many new products in such a short time frame and none of them is actually targetting the tiny bumps/texture. Best to stop using all of them and stick to a basic routine (cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen) until your skin calms down.
You might also want to take a break from using ferments (Numbuzin No.3 serum) for now as fermented ingredients can be a trigger if you're sensitive to it or have fungal acne.
AHAs usually works well for texture. I recommend a low strength lactic acid or PHA for a gentler option.

Dry/Sensitive
The skincare products I’m using rn are only cleanser, #3 serum, moisturizer, and sunscreen. I usually never used skincare until I started getting these bumps 😓
