Dry/Resilient
If its that badly damaged. No product will get it back to how it was before.
All you can do at this point is just let it grow back naturally without bleaching and coloring it.
Trim occassionally and occassionally use hair mask.

I was you before being introduced to Joico Haircare. I too have bleached hair that requires a salon visit every 6-8 weeks and thanks to my hairstylist recommending Joico, my hair was saved. Joico offers a wide range of products for color treated hair and everything in between. I would suggest starting with the K-PAK Color Therapy for repairing the damage. The Blonde Life Brightening shampoo/ conditioner is wonderful for maintenance and the Defying Mask is a must-have at least twice a week. The Purple Color Balance is very effective for maintaining highlights and overall brightness and it doesn't stain your shower. I also use Luster Lock leave-in spray for extra hydration and protection.
Although some may find Joico to be a bit pricey, it's worth every dime to me. I purchase all my Joico products from Ulta especially during their jumbo size sales.

Oily/Resilient
Hair mask with keratin ingredient is the key. I usually go to a hair salon for a professional touch and then I maintain with hair mask & replace my conditioner with hair treatment

I can’t tag the product because it’s not on here, but Elizavecca makes an amazing hair treatment. It’s the CER 100 collagen ceramide coating protein treatment. It helped the bleached areas of my hair feel healthy again.
