B5 and B12 are my personal faves.

What do those help prevent? I only know about Vitamin B3. I am a total novice here. I posted a picture of my skin several weeks back and some Pickys suggested I encorporate Vitamin B into my routine. Could you help? Thanks!

Niacinamide is better for combination or oily skin while panthenol is good for dry and sensitive skin type. I find many are in products.

I might be wrong, but isn't Niacinamide a water-soluble version of B3? I thought they were the same.
