Vitamin B5 is panthenol, it's soothing, hydrating, anti redness and overall excellent for barrier care. Vitamin B12 is nice for well-aging barrier care and revitalizing tired, dull skin.

Niacinamide is better for combination or oily skin while panthenol is good for dry and sensitive skin type. I find many are in products.

I might be wrong, but isn't Niacinamide a water-soluble version of B3? I thought they were the same.
