Niacinamide is great if u can tolerate it, azelaic acid is amazing and sensitive skin friendly. Azelaic acid helps w acne as well so i highly recommend, it cleared mine up when nothing else worked!!! Also retinoids combined w the above are a great combo.

All the recommendations here is great but it also depends on how deep the hyperpigmentation is.
If it’s too deep, skin care can’t reach it. Try the reccomendation above and see how it improves that area.
Some will learn to color correct those areas. Dim and darkend areas usually use orange base color correcter before they apply makeup on

Vitamin C works great for brightening. I use it twice a day, but it's recommended to use less frequent. This is my favorite because it works and is affordable

I recommend these two products. The Discoloration serum works on hyperpigmentation and the grey spots left over from Sun exposure.
