If it's due to your face structure like mine, the skincare products don't help, these dark circles happen due to lack of fat in the area so only cosmetic procedures can help with them. Otherwise for hyperpigmentation ones I would suggest these

Like many others have said there isn't much you can do about dark circles, but it doesn't hurt to try. I've been told by the Picky community that a lot of factors can contribute to dark circles. Like too much caffine consumption, genetics, aging, dehydration, not enough hours of sleep and so much more.
For my dark circles I use a cooling eye mask that goes in the freezer and use it for about ten minutes. I also love these product for my eyes. Mostly the goodal eye cream, it has done wonders for my skin.
