yes, agree with GL23 :) as many i ve found products packaging like this , like Cetaphil gentle cleanser also ve different packaging in different countries 😙

Cerave needs to maje different formulas, so they are able to sell in EU countries, as regulations are different on ingredients and % of actives allowed.
The Cerave products sold in EU er make in France, I believe in L'Oréal factories.
