How to remove skinlike pimples/fungal acne?

[1st pic not my face, pic for reference] How to remove skinlike pimples/fungal acne? I have this skinlike pimples on my cheeks and idk how to remove it. These are the products that i'm currently using. The only recent one that i'm currently using is the +ful salicylic acid serum and for the Isntree green tea toner, just waiting to be delivered & it will be my first time to use it. *** Should I add niacinamide serum? Planning to include Dermorepubliq Alpha Arbutin + niacinamide serum *** *i don't use +ful and by wishtrend on the same day *i use papa recipe blemish cream as my moisturizer Order of usage: Morning - toner > HA ampoule > vit c > moisturizer > sunscreen Night - toner > HA > +ful > moisturizer ; toner > HA > moisturizer > by wishtrend > moisturizer

Dry/Sensitive

Ok so you don’t have fungal if its not itchy. To me the bottom pics looks like that’s you is it? In meantime So lets look at your products: 1. Many feature pore clogging and irritating ingredients like 2. You are using retinal vitamin c and salycilic acid all together this is irritating and sensitizing to skin. 3. You aren’t double cleansing. You aren’t even cleansing? . For now, add a double cleansing step. Before toner. I would start with a micellar water with minimal ingredients followed By whip ph 6 soon jung cleanser. Cut out vitamin c, dermoreplique, absolutely must break up with papa recipe and don’t add that salicylic treatment. I would start by doing pm) micellar-whip ph- toner- bakuchiol cream w retinal. Am) toner, sunscreen. Then when you add in slowly will depend on if your face is the one in pics or not

Pore cloggers/ irritable: stearic acid, snail secretions always 50/50 , palmitic acid, certain alcohols . Hydroxyacetophenone also irritates my skin but im sensitive and i see this product everywhere so i think its more rare to be irritating
