Cica Cream or Rosehip Oil

My skin seems to be freaking out a bit, or maybe it's just because of the retinoic cream I used days ago but either way can you help me decide which would help calming my skin down? I've been eyeing these two for some time now and If you have tried these two tell me about your experience and if not recommend some more products.

You can also try mixing some drops oil in your moisturizer.

My saviour for irritated skin is normally cica cream. But you need to make sure your skin likes that ingredient. I use LRP one.
