skin1004 cleansing duo 🤎

my current favorite cleansing duo is the one from skin1004 and here is why :) the cleansing oil is super thin and lightweight which is ideal for clog-prone skin. of course make sure to emulsify the cleanser so that there's no oil leftover in the pores. this cleansing oil removes makeup, spf, and other oil-based impurities superrr well and it also emulsifies really easily. I recommend cleansing oils to anyone with oily to combo skin as they deep clean the pores and remove excess oil and sebum as well as sebaceous filaments. this is the one I recommend the most and I have a decent collection of cleansing oils! the ampoule foam is a thicker texture but still lathers really nicely. it doesn't strip the skin whatsoever which is important to me as my skin leans dry and I hate when foam cleansers make my skin feel tight after. this one effectively removes any leftover oil cleanser and all water-based impurities. if you oil cleanse, it is mandatory to follow up with a water-based cleanser and this is a great option! both the cleansing oil and cleansing foam contain a high concentration of centella asiatica, a holy grail plant known for its wound healing properties, making this a great option for acne-prone skin! it's also sensitive skin friendly as it contains no fragrance or unnecessary surfactants. overall, I rate this cleansing duo a 9.75/10. the only reason it's not a 10/10 is because the ampoule foam's texture might be too thick for some people and I own water-based cleansers that have a softer foam.
