The balm is designed for people with sensitive and/or acne-prone skin. I don't suffer from acne, but my skin is often dry, especially in cooler months. This balm is nice and soothing and does calm irritated skin. I think this will be a lovely product for winter, when my skin is at its driest. I haven't really had any specific skin issues recently for this product to resolve, but it's a nice balm all the same and does moisturize well. However, I have found that it worked wonders on some cyclical dry skin on my hands that can be quite severe. My fingers are usually dry, painful, and the skin cracks easily, but this product really soothed and hydrated, and it cleared up a lot quicker than usual. So I was over the moon at that! 😊
