Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner
Love love love!! Gentle and non irritating. Really brightens my dark spots and keeps my skin feeling super nourished. The consistency isn’t watery, it’s a little thicker and settles into the skin so nicely. Non sticky!
Nothing bad to say about this toner at all. I actually really love haruharu wonder products.
