Personally, I use these exfoliating pads once a week, (since I have very sensitive skin and don’t want to be too harsh on it) and I noticed my skin is immediately feels so smooth and soft without any irritation or redness!! I love this since the pads have one side that is bumpy and other side that is flat which allows you to choose if you want to gently exfoliate. Plus, it comes with 90 pads which if used twice a week can last for the entire year! The smell isn’t strong either so it’s great for people who are sensitive to frangrance.
